Someone has 'spoofed' their number to call you.. When you spoof a call, you can make it read out any number you want..(Such as a service called Spoofcard.)

Why did the US military go to Vietnam?

Sadly, it was to prevent Vietnam from throwing off the yoke of French colonialism and becoming free. Not our finest moment.
