What kind of milk do you usually use Whole, skim, 2%, 1%, Soy, etc Why?
I feel that some fat is essential for our metabolism to be normal. So, I use 2% milk and avoid excess fat in my diet.
Is there less sugar in skim milk then whole milk?
Since there less fat, then there would be more protein and carbohydrate. Sugar is a carbohydrate, therefore skim milk would have more sugar.
Can I substitute whole milk for skim milk in a dog treat recipe?
