 What goes well with beer: gyoza, spring rolls or edamame?

Answer I've never had gyoza or edamame, so I'll say spring rolls. And instead of duck sauce, I Americanize by dipping them in my homemade BBQ! sauce!Will YOU make me some gyoza and edamame?
