 Scanning negatives on my epson scanner?

Answer Hi RaquelBefore scanning, tell the scanner that you want to scan negatives. That should work :)Otherwise, it will go at default and do regular scans.Same with slides, you have to tell it .

I have Epson xp-400 all-in-one. can i remove Epson scanning software from pc and still scan using usb?

Of course not.Software tells computer how to scan from computer.If you uninstall scanner software computer will not even see scanner.
