 ITunes help! Convert AIFF files to AAC 320kpbs when syncing to an iPod?

Answer Answer is simple:Select filesAdvanced -> Create AAC versionSorry but I'm not sure about bit-rate. It seems that apple does it somehow automatically.After that sync the converted files to your ipod.
