Is the 18 volt rechargeable battery in Black&Decker lawn tools interchangeable w/Black&Dec 18 volt Dustbuster?

I seem to recollect that they are indeed different. B&D likes selling batteries so although they may look alike they usually have some little difference in the mechanical mounting to the tool.
