Answer It takes about 4 weeks. After harvesting rosemary stems, hang in a group of 8, and hang in a dry, dark place. Then store in a air tight jar.

How long it takes to dry bay leaves?

Depends on your climate and the method of drying. I use a drying rack, place the individual leaves on the screening and have them in my still room. It takes about a week.
