 How can I get more 'pea-ness' in my casseroles?

Answer Well stop overcooking them....you're leaving the peas in there till their too soft and bland.DAMNIT WOMAN!!! *throws plate at the wall* GET BACK IN THE KITCHEN AND DO IT RIGHT!!!!!
