 Found live tiny white bugs in my uncooked rice. What should I do?

Answer Throw it away unless you want to eat them... which is probably fine from a health point of view once they are cooked, but totally gross.

I have no idea what they are ?I would just wipe them away using a cloth wrung out in bleach and water
